At Snif, we want you to find your new favorite scent with zero risk. If your order isn't a perfect match, we offer free returns and exchanges on all full-size bottles within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Try the Sample First

  Every full-size fragrance comes with a matching 2ml sample vial so you can test the scent on your skin before opening the main bottle.

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

  Pack It Up

  Ensure the full-size product remains unopened and in its original packaging, then apply the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
